Continued diversification of the health and life sciences workforce at all levels is critical to ensure a robust and competitive workforce. The OBIO® Women in Health Initiative (WiHI) is a program designed to increase the participation and advancement of women in the sector. The OBIO® WiHI supports women entering and advancing their careers in business development roles in the health science industry through a combination of on-the-job experiential learning and financial support.
